There was at least one Canaanite that was found righteous, Rahab, in Joshua chapters 2-6; Hebrews 11:31; and James 2:22-25.

Fair enough, but the whole article was written in response to those who claim the destruction of the Canaanites was unjust. In Rahab’s case, she was not killed or driven out.
